Açık kasa arıtma sistemimde kullandığım diğer filtreler;

Alt 3 filtre > Swun chyan sediment, gac ve cto filtre.

Membran > Dupont Filmtec (membran filtre montaj esnasında yeni takılmış olup membran çıkışından 10-12 litre su alındıktan sonra testler yapılmıştır)

Post karbon filtre > Swun chyan FT-33-10-GAC

Alkali filtremiz başlıktan da anlaşılacağı gibi bioetix alkali filtre.

Öncesinde membran > bioplus alkali filtre > post karbon şeklinde kullanım yapmaktaydım. Membran ile bioplus arasındaki t bağlantı ile arıtılmış su direkt depoya gidiyor musluk açıldığında bioplus alkali filtre ve post karbondan hızlı akış şeklinde musluğa geliyordu. Bioplus filtremiz 8 aylık olup 8.5 ph vermekteydi fakat suyun çok lezzetli olduğunu söyleyemem, biocera vakası nedeniyle düzgün alternatif olmadığı için idare ediyorduk açıkçası.

Ethicwater firmasıyla yaptığım görüşmede bioetix filtrede en iyi sonucun membran > post karbon > bioetix sıralaması olduğunu söylediler ben de önerdikleri şekilde yine hızlı akış olacak şekilde montaj yaptım.

Testler yapılmadan önce ph ölçüm cihazı kalibre edilmiştir. Orp cihazım mevcut olmadığından bu ölçümü yapamadım. Tat deneyimlerimi 4-5 depo su aldıktan sonra ayrıca paylaşacağım.

Arıtma sistemi son hali;

Filmtec membran çıkışı değeri;

1 depo su boşalttıktan sonraki tds ve ph ölçümü. ( TDS 34 - PH 8.9 )

2 depo su alındıktan sonraki değerler. (TDS 39 - PH 9.3 )

Bugün öğleden sonra başladı bu sıkıntı 5-10 dakikada bir 30-40 saniye kadar yurtdışı erişimi kesiliyor, youtube ve google servisleri haricinde yurtdışındaki hiçbir siteye ulaşılmıyor, ping çektiğimde hiçbir yanıt gelmiyor zaman aşımına uğruyor istekler, yurtiçi sitelerde ise herhangi bir sıkıntı yok. Müşteri hizmetlerini aradığımda genel bir sorun olduğunu söylüyorlar.

Son dönemde birçok d-smart tv platform üyesinden tahahhüt yenilerken hediye paket teklifleri geldiğini ama hediye paketlerin tanımlanmadığı, tanımlansa da 1 ay sonra hediye kanalların kapandığı hakkında şikayetleri görüyoruz.

Süreç nasıl başlıyor?

Tahahhütünüz bittikten sonra veya iptal talebinden sonra sizi d-smart genel merkezden tahahhüt yeniletmek için arıyorlar, size bazı paket fiyat tekliflerinde bulunuyorlar buraya kadar her şey normal. Fiyat yüksek v.s. derseniz size daha düşük paketler önerip yanına hediye 1 yıl mega paket vereceğiz diyorlar böylece en düşük paketten tahahüt yeniliyorsunuz daha az para ödüyorsunuz hediye paketlerle tüm kanallarınız 1 yıl açık oluyor böylece aklınızı çelmiş oluyorlar, teklifi kabul ediyorsunuz tahahhütünüz uzuyor fakat tahahhütünüz uzatıldıktan sonra hediye paketleri vermiyorlar ya da verip 1 ay sonra kapatıyorlar. Müşteri hizmetlerini aradığınızda da aynı şeyleri tekrarlıyorlar sistemsel arıza, teknik bir problem, sistem güncellemesi var, tanımlama yapılacak, arıza kaydı açıldı en kısa sürede kontrol edilecektir diye yalanları sıralıyorlar.

O yüzden tahahüt yenileyecek arkadaşlar asla ama asla hediye paketleri kabul etmesin, tüm kanalları izlemek istiyorsanız direkt mega paket teklifi alın hediye paketlerin hiçbirisini kabul etmeyin çünkü vermiyorlar.

Ben de 1 ay önce tahahhüt yeniledim hoşgeldin paketi + 1 yıl mega paket olarak fakat hediye paketler halen tanımlanmadı, müşteri hizmetleriyle 5 kez görüşüldü ama çözüm üretilmedi. BTK'ya şikayet ettim sonucu bekliyorum, benzer bir sorunla karşılaşanlar aşağıdaki linkten btk'ya şikayette bulunabilirler.
